Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil, produced exclusively by mechanical means, is pressed at a temperature of no more than 27°C, thus preserving its valuable ingredients. Extra virgin olive oil is low in saturated fatty acids, high in heart-healthy unsaturated fatty acids, and rich in polyphenols and antioxidants. Olive oil is not only delicious and healthy, but it is also an excellent natural, hypoallergenic skin care product. Thanks to its significant antioxidant content, it supplies the skin with substances (especially vitamins A and E) that delay its aging. The distinctively flavored, delicate oil goes well with Mediterranean pasta dishes, meat, fish, and salads.
