Hazelnut Flour

Hazelnut flour is ground from the hazelnut pellets remaining after pressing the hazelnuts. It is high in vitamin E and fiber, and due to its extremely low carbohydrate and high protein content, it is well suited to the diets of paleo and reduced carbohydrate diets.
