Description
Organic kale – the classic winter vegetable of Northern Germany. Kale is the ultimate vegetable: It provides almost twice as much calcium as spinach and has the highest vitamin content of any vegetable. Our Organic kale is pre-cooked and seasoned with sea salt. This makes it ideal for a hearty, traditional dish with onions, bacon, or smoked pork and potatoes. Kale is also very popular in meatless cuisine; for example, this aromatic curly-leaf cabbage is delicious seasoned with Mediterranean herbs and served with pasta.
