Sunflower Seed Flour

Sunflower seed flour is made from hulled sunflower seeds during the production of cold-pressed oil. Thanks to this, it has a lower fat content than sunflower seeds , but it contains its valuable minerals. Since its carbohydrate content is extremely low and it contains only a negligible amount of naturally occurring sugars, it can be perfectly integrated into the diet. Its protein and dietary fiber content is exceptionally high and it contains significant amounts of magnesium, zinc, selenium, manganese, copper and iron.
